When buying products from our website you are agree to buy them at the prices displayed.  We endeavour to have all displayed items in stock at all times, however due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be a delay in updating the stock levels on our website. Should an item you have ordered not be in stock, you will be contacted. Items which are not in stock may soon become available, however if you do not wish to wait, we will offer you your choice of another product or a full refund.  Whilst we do our utmost to show our products in their true form, some products may vary slightly from the image shown on our website. Some images are shown for representation only.

Pricing of Products
Prices displayed on our website are shown in South African Rands (ZAR). Prices are subject to change at any time.  Shipping costs will be charged in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to withdraw an item from sale at any time.

Changing of Products / Pricing
We are constantly updating and revising our offerings of products, and we may discontinue products at any time without notice. All pricing is subject to change. We reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, currency fluctuations, product discontinuation, errors in advertisements, and other extenuating circumstances.

Non-delivery of Orders
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered while ordering on our website. If you complete your order and then notice the address details are incorrect, please contact us immediately on [email protected]

Order Cancallations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled unless the shipment is unavoidably delayed. In this case, we will do our best to cancel the order if requested.

These include payment by credit/cheque cards (Mastercard or Visa), debit cards and instantly verified bank transfers with South Africa's four major banks by means of Instant EFT.

Once you have confirmed your order and are ready to make payment, you will be redirected to our Payment Processing Page where PayFast is selected by default. 

After clicking "Complete Order", you will be redirected to PayFast to complete your purchase securely by means of your preferred payment method.   Most PayFast payments clear instantly with a notification sent, confirming payment success.

*We do not collect or store any credit card information from our online customers*.     
We take great pride in the quality of our products however should you receive an item that has a manufacture fault, we will gladly offer a store credit, an exchange or a full refund of the item’s purchase price within SEVEN (7) days of the receipt of your parcel. 

Please email us at jill@yourbadgestatement.com with a clear image of any fault or discrepancy, quoting the order number to arrange an exchange, store credit or refund. We will then arrange collection of the item via trackable service.
Please note:-

  • The item must be returned unused and in the original condition with tags attached. 
  • The item must be returned in the packaging it was sent and must include the original invoice.

We will notify you via email once your return has been received and inspected.  Please allow TWO (2) weeks from the time you send your item for the return to be processed.  Refunds will be made against the original form of payment and for the purchase price only.  The purchase price is the amount paid for the item and does not include any delivery costs.

We shall be under no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period of SEVEN (7) days after receipt of your parcel and reserve the right to refuse the return of an item that does not meet the above return requirements.

Refund Policy Exclusions:
We only offer a full refund on items that have a manufacture fault. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or custom made-to-order items cannot be refunded.

Claims for Damages, Lost or Stolen Items
We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Should your parcel arrive damaged during shipment, please email us on [email protected] and provide us with your order number and a photo of the damages. We will get back to you asap.
