We take great pride in the quality of our products however should you receive an item that has a manufacture fault, we will gladly offer a store credit, an exchange or a full refund of the item’s purchase price within SEVEN (7) days of the receipt of your parcel.
Please email us at [email protected] with a clear image of any fault or discrepancy, quoting the order number to arrange an exchange, store credit or refund. We will then arrange collection of the item via trackable service.
- The item must be returned unused and in the original condition with tags attached.
- The item must be returned in the packaging it was sent and must include the original invoice.
We will notify you via email once your return has been received and inspected. Please allow TWO (2) weeks from the time you send your item for the return to be processed. Refunds will be made against the original form of payment and for the purchase price only. The purchase price is the amount paid for the item and does not include any delivery costs.
We shall be under no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period of SEVEN (7) days after receipt of your parcel and reserve the right to refuse the return of an item that does not meet the above return requirements.
Refund Policy Exclusions:
We only offer a full refund on items that have a manufacture fault. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or custom made-to-order items cannot be refunded.
Claims for Damages, Lost or Stolen Items
We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Should your parcel arrive damaged during shipment, please email us on [email protected] and provide us with your order number and a photo of the damages. We will get back to you asap.
